As each piece is personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or design errors.

Please review all details carefully before placing your order, as production begins shortly after purchase. If you’ve made an error, contact us at bambinoboutique.au@gmail.com with “PERSONALISATION ERROR” as soon as possible, and we will assist where we can.

For non-personalised items, returns or exchanges are not accepted after 14 days.

Please note, all designs are a visual guide only. Subtle variations in placement, size, and colour may occur.

Colours are captured in natural lighting; however, slight variations may appear across different screens.
